Shipments currently are sent internationally. We have expanded our shipping policy to ship to anywhere in the world! However, due to custom regulations and procedures as well as prohibitive costs, we do reserve the rights to refuse an order if we view that the reliability of the shipping destination is questionable.

In addition, we now accept order of products (total valued to less than $300) for shipment to recipient other than the card holder! That is we'll ship your order to the specified recipient at your desired destination. Purchases over $300 still require the recipient to be the credit card holder for security reason; we apologize for any inconvenience.

All orders will be shipped within 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will be notified through e-mail once your order is shipped.

It is our company policy that we cannot accept online orders for shipment to P.O. Boxes.

Customs (for shipment outside of Canada)
Shipment outside Canada may subject to Customs inspection, HelloVita.Com is not responsible for any additional customs or clearance charges, tariffs or fees you may incur. Products seized at point of entry are also your sole responsibility and no refund will be entertained. If you fail to pay any customs or clearance charges, tariffs or fees imposed by your country's customs office, HelloVita.Com will charge your credit card for items ordered together with the Shipping and Handling(S&H) fees. Any extra charges and fees incurred arising from your refusal to honor payment as required by your country's customs office or refusal to take delivery of the ordered items will be on your account, and HelloVita.Com will be reimbursed to the debit of your credit card.

Note: Certain countries and areas impose restrictions and require special licenses/forms for entry of health food supplements. Therefore, it is your responsibility to find out and fulfill the necessary requirements.

Shipping Tariff
Shipments are sent via CanadaPost by Xpresspost or Expedited service. Delivery charges are detailed in our Shipping & Handling (S&H) section. Depending on the delivery destination, delivery normally takes approximately 10 business days. *Express delivery is also available but please inform us via email or phone if you do require such service.
