Special items ordered on behalf our clients are not refundable.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on returned goods, except
in cases of order entry/shipping errors caused on our part.
We regret that we cannot accept returns of opened products.
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. All returned
goods must be pre-authorized by HelloVita.Com through issuance
of a Return Authorization form. Any returned goods without
authorization will not be entertained. Returning postage or
courier charges are on your account. We reserve the right
not to accept credit claims for incidents outside the control
and jurisdiction of HelloVita.Com.
As a company policy, acceptance of returns or refunds, subject
always to our prior approval, is limited to 2 units per item.
If you need to return a shipment:
Step 1:
Contact the HelloVita.Com Customer Service Department at service@hellovita.com
prior to returning any products. Please include the following
in your email:

Your Order Number.

Your name, phone number, and email address.

Bar Code or Item number of the item you wish to return.

Reason for your return.
Step
2:
Return your unopened product(s) via mail to the address provided
in the Return Authorization form.
Please note that shipping charges, postage and all other Customs
expenses, if any, paid will not be refunded.
